GMC Sierra 1500 AT4

GMC‘s new heavy-duty pickups bring greater refinement, huge capabilities, and smarter convenience and trailering features. The 3.6-liter V6 does its job well with reliable power and torque available. I’m always nervous when we see a new 9-speed unit. Commonly calibrated towards fuel efficiency, these gearboxes often find themselves confused as to what gear to choose during hard accelerations. Burying the accelerator pedal on the 2020 GMC Acadia AT4 didn’t cause any hesitation, though, as the unit shifts quickly and seamlessly through gears.

GMC Sierra 1500 AT4

New Turbodiesel

The only vehicle offered with the new turbodiesel for on-road testing was a Denali, which is the range-topping model in the Sierra 1500 lineup. The downside to GMC’s decision to not make any other changes to the 2020 lineup is the fact that the Denali’s interior remains decidedly unimpressive, especially when compared to the Ram 1500s. This is especially egregious when you consider that Ram is not explicitly playing to a premium niche the way GMC is.

The Engine

The standard engine for the Sierra 2500HD is a 6.6-liter gasoline V8, good for 401 horsepower and 464 lb-ft. of torque. The model we sampled featured the 6.6-liter Duramax turbo-diesel V8, which outputs 445 horsepower at 2,800RPM, and a staggering 910 lb-ft. of torque at a low 1,600RPM. This isn’t by any means a straight-line bandit, but the diesel 2500HD drove around the foothills of Yellowstone National Park effortlessly and blended in perfectly with the other heavy-duty trucks in the area.

GMC Sierra 1500 AT4

Powertrain System

When it comes to the powertrain, things will remain pretty much the same. The 2020 Sierra 1500 will continue with standard 4.3-liter V6, which is good for about 280 horsepower. Of course, a new 2.7-liter four-cylinder is in the offer as well. This one delivers around 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. Two familiar V8 units are in the offer as well. A 5.3-liter unit is good for about 355 horsepower, while a bigger 6.2-liter engine delivers around 420 hp. Finally, there is a 3.0-liter turbodiesel engine, which delivers around 282 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque.

The Wheelbase

Longer in wheelbase (rear legroom grows nearly three inches), these crew cab models shed 450 pounds over their predecessors — the result of a hotly-debated decision to use aluminum for some of the body panels (hood, doors, tailgate). GMC claims its 5’8″ short box is the most voluminous in the industry (62.9 cubic feet), even more so than the 6’6″ long boxes found on Ford and Ram crew cabs. The jury’s out, at least for this author, on the visual appeal of those strange wheel wells. Inside, it’s again a case of evolution over revolution. A line of driver-assist and convenience switches still adorns the bottom of the aluminum-trimmed center stack.

GMC Sierra 1500 AT4

Like its Chevrolet Silverado 1500 stablemate, the 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 is a full-size pickup truck that is available in crew-cab, double-cab and regular-cab configurations. No surprises there. For 2020, there are some new trim options of its new 5202 led bulb conversion kit and, most notably, a new powerplant. Along with the previously available gas engines, the Sierra 1500 now offers an optional turbocharged diesel inline-six engine. The hotly anticipated 3.0-liter Duramax diesel engine option has been talked about for over a year.

Chevy Silverado ZRX 2022 Fighter Is Finally Coming

Chevy Silverado ZRX 2022

The new truck will follow Chevy’s current Colorado ZR2, not the GMC Sonoma ZR2. ZR2’s design was a compromise. Colorado performs as well as a street machine as it does off-road. Meanwhile, the new Chevy Silverado model is expected to handle more than just the Ford F150 Raptor. Sources indicate that the new ZRX is expected to take on the Ram 1500 Rebel TRX, which will be a tall order.

Chevy Silverado ZRX 2022

The upcoming Silverado ZRX will be offered with the naturally-aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 EcoTec3 engine, which currently serves as the range-topping power plant for the truck. The atmospheric eight will be mated to the new GM 10-speed automatic transmission It’s not likely that the combination will see any power gains from the current 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque in the Silverado ZRX.

The engine would not have any modifications to take energy past different Silverado trims. For the time being, the highest model makes 420 horsepower (313 kilowatts) from a 6.2-liter V8, however, we won’t rule out modifications or additions to the powertrain lineup earlier than the ZRX arrives.

Chevy Silverado ZRX 2022

That referred to, the USP for the Silverado ZRX is the likelihood of offering the 277 hp, 460 lb-ft 3.0L Duramax LM2 diesel engine. This is largely as a result of where Ford and Ram both offer diesel of their full-length pickups, they thus far have stored them out of their off-highway editions. Whereas Chevrolet has proven it be not shy in doing so with the smaller Colorado ZR2. Lastly, Chevrolet has built a courting with American Expedition Vehicles with the particular Colorado ZR2 Bison project. We wouldn’t rule out a second collaboration between the two companies with the incoming Silverado ZRX.

The new GM F-150 Raptor rival will come equipped with the Silverado’s range-topping naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 engine, and likely offer the same 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque as it does now. The output will be routed through a 10-speed automatic transmission. The headlight will be installed with low beam 1156 led bulb, the foglight will be technology with led bulbs as well. GM Authority also reports that the off-roader may come with a 3.0L six-cylinder Duramax diesel.

Chevy Silverado ZRX 2022

The direction follows the successful formula taken by GM with the Colorado ZR2, which has proven to be an extremely capable off-road machine. It’s worth noting that the upcoming Silverado ZRX pickup will only share the name but not the overall product direction with the last ZRX produced by GM, which was a GMC Sonoma with a street-style body kit and a more sporty suspension.

GM Will Use New Google Android Based Infotainment System in Future Cars

GMC IntelliLink

The 2016 IntelliLink infotainment system has a faster processor, enhanced navigation and mapping, and support for Apple CarPlay, which should make Buick and GMC car buyers very happy. I really hope that Android Auto doesn’t become as fragmented as the Android mobile platform is now, but I also hope it doesn’t stop evolving. We really have to stop using our smartphones behind the wheel. I see people every day on my drive into work using their phones while cruising in the fast lane. You’re already putting your life at risk by getting in a car. I know it’s grim to think about, but I’m a firm believer that anything we can do to eliminate distractions and simplify our lives is worth the investment in the long run.

GMC IntelliLink

Switching back and forth from CarPlay to the car’s infotainment system (or from Android Auto) can be a bit jarring because of the different interfaces. If you have a MID (multi-information display) in the instrument panel or a head-up display, Android Auto or CarPlay output doesn’t display there, only on the center stack. In the interest of simplification and safety, only a handful of choices are shown (in big type and icons). After a while, you might wish for more choices per screen, say five or six where you now might see three.

The newer 6.5- and 8-inch displays are bright and easy to use at a glance while driving, and though it’s not quite as quick as FCA’s Uconnect screens, responses are fast. On the downside, the gloss-black trim around the screens tends to pick up fingerprints easily. The 8-inch model especially is incredibly easy to view, but we think some of the menus and icons could be rearranged so navigating the many options and features are easier. Although the 6.3-inch display still works well, its smaller screen size means picking out icons and reading text is a little more difficult while on the move. In cars with Digital Cockpit, you can avoid the infotainment screen entirely because the color cluster provides so much information right in the driver’s sightline.

GMC IntelliLink

In the future of connected cars working in tandem with our mobile devices: Android Auto presents us with a stopgap solution until we get to the point where the automaker’s native interfaces can be fully replaced by more intuitive and familiar ones. Rumors are already circulating that Google wants to fully replace the existing in-car infotainment systems with an Android-based platform that even includes climate control functions. I’d be shocked if Apple wasn’t thinking about doing the same thing.

Buick’s infotainment systems run the same basic software as other General Motors cars, including GMC and Chevrolet models, albeit with unique graphics and logos. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard on every model except the Cascada convertible, which uses an older version of Buick’s infotainment system. Screen sizes are either 7 or 8 inches, depending on the model, with navigation offered as an option. For more, connect with interior light, demo light, and the h13 led headlight bulb conversion kit, it can light up the lighting immediately when opening the car. And like most GM models, a Wi-Fi hotspot is available as an option.

GMC IntelliLink

You can think of Android Auto as a system within a system. It’s got a background and a sort of home screen. But you’ll only be using one application at a time, with notifications at a bare minimum, and only from messaging apps that have been extended to Android Auto. The whole point, of course, is to have a few distractions as possible while still actually being able to use the thing. As a leader in automotive infotainment Pioneer is delighted to become a member of the Open Automotive Alliance. We strive to create great in-car experiences for our customers and believe that the technology being developed within the alliance will facilitate this and allow us to continue to innovate within this exciting market.

What’s New for The New Generation 2020 Sierra Heavy Duty Truck?

Sierra Heavy Duty

Bigger, stronger and smarter, the all-new 2020 GMC Sierra Heavy Duty combines greater trailering capability with technologies designed to provide customers with a world-class towing experience. The diesel engine is a good addition to the truck and one that I think is probably worth it. GMC charges $2,495 more than the 5.3-liter V8 engine for the Duramax. This is a pretty big chunk of change, but it’s not an outrageous amount. The engine is smooth, powerful, and much more efficient than the V8.

Sierra Heavy Duty

The lighting

Sierra Heavy Duty’s striking visual identity is apparent even at night, thanks to GMC’s signature exterior lighting elements, which provide both visibility and bold looks. Along with GMC’s trademark C-shaped high-intensity LED car light bulb blades in both the headlamps and taillamps, Sierra Heavy Duty models incorporate LED marker lamps into the truck’s bold wheel arch design, further helping Sierra stand apart from the crowd, even in the dark.

The Console

The cab has a large center console and room for storage below the rear seats. The bed is wider than that of the competition to make it easier to carry four-by-eight sheets of plywood and drywall. GMC makes access to the bed easier with its MultiPro tailgate that can act as a step and side steps in front of the rear wheels. Unfortunately, it bangs on the trailer hitch of trucks so equipped. Inside the bed, the Sierra HD has 12 corner tie-downs and a 120-volt power outlet. Very functional.

Sierra Heavy Duty

Led Headlight

The all-new Sierra HD is highlighted by new signature lighting, including prominent light blades” that deliver LED illumination for the daytime running lamps. The 9007 led bulb kit is also used for the headlamps, taillamps, available fog lamps and other illuminative elements, including the available roof marker lights standard on all dual-rear-wheel HDs and all Sierra HD Denalis except where prohibited by law.

Longer Wheelbase

Its longer wheelbase also gives it segment-best cargo bed volume, a figure that also hasn’t been provided. A newly available 120-volt power outlet and 12 tie-downs are integrated, as is a 1-inch lower bed height, and segment-exclusive cargo bedside steps located in front of the rear wheel openings on all box styles. The six-function MultiPro tailgate introduced on the 2019 Sierra 1500 is available on all trims and standard on SLT, AT4, and Denali.

Sierra Heavy Duty

Available in dealerships by the end of this summer, both the GMC Sierra HD 2500 and 3500 will be powered by only one engine, GM’s 6.6-litre Duramax turbo-diesel V8. At the moment, nothing has been said about a gasoline engine or a six-speed automatic gearbox, like its brother. One thing’s for certain, this GMC gets the Allison ten-speed automatic unit.

GMC Sierra HD

The 2020 GMC Sierra HD receives a host of upgrades to increase performance. But is all that stuff really worth the dough when both these heavy-duty trucks start around $60,000? If you could live with an HD 2500 Sierra 4X4 in SLE trim, it would chop almost $20,000 off the cost of a base AT4 or Denali. And that money could be used to buy a nice boat, a second-hand RV trailer or something a little more tempting to us—like a C5 Corvette Z06 track car.

GMC Sierra HD

Americans love their pickup trucks and this passion only grows each year with the arrival of new models in the market. Inside an acoustically insulated cabin in your choice of configurations, housing a driver-centric cockpit ready for the work orders of the day, you’ll find yourself behind the wheel of a model of durability with a rugged tradition under its work belt. Chevy Silverado GMC Sierra HD features a fully boxed high-strength steel frame and roll-formed steel cargo box more than capable of taking its licks.

Hot on the heels of the redesigned Chevrolet Silverado GMC Sierra HD comes to the Silverado HD Powered by a new gas-sipping V8 engine or the General’s venerable Duramax diesel, the latest Silverado HD promises greater towing and payload capacities relative to its predecessor. Available in Work Truck, Custom, LT, LTZ, High Country trims, and 9012 led bulb on fog lamp, the butch 2020 Silverado HD enters the market in the middle of 2019 and aims to take on the likes of the Ford F-Series Super Duty and Ram HD.

GMC Sierra HD

If you’ve been searching for a new heavy-duty pickup truck, then you’ve come to the right place. Here at Anderson Buick GMC, we have a wide selection of new GMC Sierra HD pickups perfect for tackling the toughest challenges from Cockeysville to Baltimore. Whether you need raw power or you’re looking for rugged refinement, the Sierra 2500HD does it all. Available with two powerful engine options, plenty of premium touches, and several distinctive models, this truck is anything but ordinary.

The only notable change for the 2020 GMC Sierra HD lineup is the addition of the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine. While it may not seem like much on the surface, the truth is that every single component of the engine was rethought and redesigned or refreshed. Additionally, GMC Sierra HD announced that the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel will be available on every 1500 trim level, unlike in the past. That’s right, we will soon be able to drive a hefty, diesel-powered GMC Sierra HD Rebel! Industry insiders expect that a tweaked version of this 3.0-liter EcoDiesel is likely to slot into the 2020 Jeep Gladiator truck as well. Since the EcoDiesel engine is an optional upgrade, all trucks will have the same comfort and convenience features respective to their individual trim tiers.

GMC Sierra HD

The Duramax diesel returns in the 2020 GMC Sierra HD, this time making a monstrous 910 pound-feet of torque. There’s also a new V-8 gasoline engine, but Chevy is only talking torque numbers on the diesel for the moment. The diesel variant gets an all-new Alison 10-speed automatic transmission—that’s four more cogs than the current generation of the truck, and four more than the competition.

2019 Chevy Silverado vs Ford F-150, Looking for a Better Pickup Truck?

Chevy Silverado vs Ford F-150

In a head-to-head comparison, it’s clear that the F-150 is the superior truck — it boasts better fuel efficiency, stronger payload and towing capabilities, and the unrivaled off-road Raptor trim. Both vehicles provide mainly the exact same technology rewards as choices, with one exemption: The Silverado has a readily available integrated Wi-Fi hotspot, the F-150 does not. You might ask yourself, which one is better, though? Then let me tell you what the pros and cons of these two vehicles.

Chevy Silverado vs Ford F-150

The Engines and Towing

The Chevy truck is 12,500 pounds. If the truck is intended for moderate towing and/or hauling and pilling on serious mileage, as in over 30,000 km annually, the price of the diesel option may pay itself off over a few years. My first impression was that this thing drove pretty smooth, and I hadn’t driven the 3.0-liter diesel before, and I was impressed with it. Another specialty of the 2019 line-up is that all three of these trucks get a diesel engine. However, other engine options bump towing up to a 12,700 or 13,200 lb towing capacity. However, this is especially true for drivers who plan of towing and hauling heavy loads on a regular basis. For those who need greater hauling or towing capacity, the rugged truck offers 5.3-liter and 6.2-liter V8 options. The Chevy Silverado 1500 has a far more impressive record when it comes to towing. On the other hand, the Silverado comes with an available Regular, Double or Crew cab configuration. For example, the Crew Cab Silverado 4×4 has a payload capacity of 1,770 pounds.

Chevy Silverado vs Ford F-150

Body Structure Comparison

Through a combination of the leading power and revolutionary aluminum-alloy body structure. Ford provided us with a mainstream XLT model also fitted with four-wheel drive, but prioritizing passenger comfort over payload capability, it featured a larger crew-cab body and a 5.5-foot cargo box. The Silverado does well but not as well with a towing capacity of 12,500 pounds and payload of 2,250. Ford also takes the cake for bed/crew configurations, giving more options about how you haul. The standard 3.3L V6 kicks out an impressive 290 horsepower.

Chevy Silverado vs Ford F-150

We’ll explore all of the features made available for you inside the cab of the 2019 Silverado 1500. Even with the base trim, you’ll be provided with a h4 led bulb high low beam and standard 7-inch touchscreen display within the center stack. With this engine, you’ll enjoy a whopping 285 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of best-in-class standard V6 torque. Output hasn’t been given, but the 5.3-liter engine in the current model produces 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque, and we don’t expect that to change much.Chevy Silverado vs Ford F-150

So, which will it be—the 2019 Ford F-150 or Chevy Silverado? There are just a lot of little, tiny reasons that F-150 is a slightly stronger contender when it comes to the ongoing Ford vs. There’s no doubt about it: The 2019 Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado are capable full-size pickup trucks. Comparing pickup trucks like the 2017 Ford F-150 vs. Ultimately, there is no one compelling reason why the 2017 Ford F-150 is a better truck than the Chevy Silverado. According to a statistical snapshot by the Vehicle Titles and Registration section of the Texas Department of Transportation, on October 13, 2008, there were 5,540,227 pickups registered in Texas, almost 27 percent of vehicle registrations statewide. The most effective engine offered in either vehicle is Ford’s 450-horsepower V6, though you could just obtain it in the Raptor variation of the F-150.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado vs Dodge Ram 1500, Which One You Should Buy?

Uncategorized
Chevrolet Silverado vs Dodge Ram 1500

Though these two half-ton pickup trucks were different model years, they were similar in that they were both four-wheel-drive crew cabs with optional V-8 engines, so I thought they would make for an interesting comparison. In the versions we tested—four-door crew cabs with V8 engines and four-wheel drive—both get decent gas mileage and are as quiet inside as a good luxury car. Both were quiet on smooth roads, but I thought the Chevrolet Silverado had more wind noise through the A- and B-pillars. The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is longer and taller this year – and lighter as well.

Chevrolet Silverado vs Dodge Ram 1500

The Max Torque

Max Torque: The Silverado’s 6.2L V8 delivers 460 lb-ft of torque. When Chevrolet announced that the 2019 Silverado 1500 is coming back with the 5.3L and 6.2L V8 engines, they said that the truck can deactivate up to seven cylinders. The Dodge Ram 1500 is brand new for the 2019 model year and while GM has the all-new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 coming down the pipes, the 2019 model still has a lot to offer. A large perk of the 2019 Ram 1500 is the model lineup. An eight-speed automatic transmission is now standard throughout the lineup. The 2019 Chevy Silverado has a lineup of powerful, fuel-efficient engines to choose from ensuring that you can save fuel without sacrificing power.

Chevrolet Silverado vs Dodge Ram 1500

When equipped with a regular cab configuration, the Ram 1500 dominates the competition. But with diesel engines, it’s torque that matters most of all, and the Ram 1500 takes the cake here, with 480 pound-feet. The first engine is a 4.3-liter V6, pumping out 305 lb-ft of torque and 285 horsepower, and matched with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 2009 Ram has an improved engine lineup, beginning with a 3.7L V6 making 210 horsepower, followed by a 310 horsepower 4.7L V8, and the premium engine is the 390 horsepower Hemi.

Chevrolet Silverado vs Dodge Ram 1500

The Fuel Efficiency

Is the Chevy advantage in MPG enough for you to consider a new Silverado over a Ram? You want to make sure that your truck has the perfect balance of capability, dependability, fuel efficiency, affordability, safety, style, and technology. The principal advantage of diesel is fuel economy. Is the Chevy advantage in MPG enough for you to consider a new Silverado over a Ram? The bed length of the Ram 1500 with the crew cab is just under 6.5 feet, the Silverado’s is slightly over 6.5 feet. Also, keep in mind these are 4×4, V8, crew cab configurations. The 2009 Silverado offers a led front headlamp system with a 9006 led bulb conversion kit, a bedrail system with a handful of customizable, lockable configurations including a cargo box divider, a sliding toolbox, and side storage boxes. The Chevy Silverado once again displays its versatility in the selection of trim configurations. That’s a 1 mpg improvement for the Silverado and 2 mpg better for the Ram over the previous generations. The Chevrolet registered slightly more distance on its odometer over the drive route.

Chevrolet Silverado vs Dodge Ram 1500

The Horsepower

The 2019 Ram 1500, unlike its competition, only gets a maximum 395 horsepower and 420 lb.-ft. In earlier generations, the Ram 1500 had a clear one-up over the other two because of its lockable ‘Rambox’ storage on the bedsides. Interior: For a brief time through 2017, Ford had a clear advantage in terms of interior quality. However, only Ford has officially revealed the output of their new Power stroke 3.0-liter mill, and it produces 250 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque. The 2019 Ram 1500, unlike its competition, only gets a maximum 395 horsepower and 420 lb.-ft.

It is comparable in size, shape, and overall durability to the Dodge Ram 1500. But there are some differences between the two and you need to know these in order to make your choice. Although most pickup trucks score well in crash tests due to their durability and size, the Chevy Silverado raises the bar when it comes to the long list of safety features that are offered. After testing these trucks extensively both on-road and off, it’s time for me to pick a favorite and in the process, make most of you hate me… if you don’t already. Stretching more than 18 minutes, the company comes courtesy of testing director Dan Edmunds, staff writer Travis Langness, and special correspondent Elana Scherr. Even though the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 posted EPA ratings of 1 mpg higher across the board, the Ram 1500 edged it out in real-world testing. That’s a 1 mpg improvement for the Silverado and 2 mpg better for the Ram over the previous generations.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500: Engine and Technical Upgrade

2019 Chevrolet Silverado is recently updated – Chevy redesigned the Silverado for 2019. Furthermore, driving the 2018 and 2019 Silverado 1500 back to back showed just how much the new truck has improved over its predecessor. It’s a top-rated truck with a smooth ride and quiet interior, and it can haul your heavy loads. Its quick, smooth shifts make driving the 6.2-equipped Chevrolet Silverado especially satisfying. The new 2.7-liter four-cylinder is a clean-sheet design that was envisioned as a truck engine from the outset with the goal to make it as smooth as a V engine. It is much needed off road with the longer wheelbase of the new truck.

Don’t tell anyone at General Motors, but this latest-generation Chevrolet Silverado doesn’t look, you know, radically different from the company’s previous-generation pickup. General Motors engineers call it a fractional approach, and the idea is similar to a sprinkler timer that can water every day, every other day, every third day or every fourth day. We’re also regular people like you, so we pay attention to all the different ways people use their cars every day. If you want to buy pick up truck, crew cab, work truck or regular cab Chevrolet Silverado is the best option! 34,600, is the second-lowest trim level, ahead of only the Work Truck trim. The Work Truck trim level lets you know what it’s all about with the name. We’d like to tell you about the diesel, the 6.2-liter V8 and how they work with the 10-speed automatic, but we can’t. I can’t wait to get my hands on one with a diesel and 10-speed trans and see what it’s all about.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500: Engine and Technical Upgrade

V8 Engine Upgrade

2019 Chevrolet Silverados will be available in 2-wheel drive (2WD) and 4-wheel drive (4WD) forms and with a choice of six engine/transmission combinations, including two different versions of GM’s 5.3-liter V8. A proper track test will have to confirm that pace, yet it feels entirely reasonable from our initial drive in and around Phoenix, Arizona, in roughly 5000-pound double-cab four-wheel-drive Silverados. We have seen several prototypes of the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, yet never the interior styling. Interior styling is already dated, with the instrument panel and center stack looking too much like they do in the outgoing truck.

An all-new 310-hp turbocharged 2.7-liter inline-four and a still-mysterious 3.0-liter diesel inline-six will join the Silverado lineup after its launch this fall. The Silverado 1500 comes equipped with one of four different engine choices for 2019. These are a 2.7-liter Turbo, a 4.3-liter V-6, a 5.3-liter V-8 or a 6.2-liter V-8. GM’s two separate brands serve similar markets, so the GMC Sierra 1500 is typically more upscale and comes at a premium price.

Technical Upgrade

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 first drive, the system includes cameras that allow the driver to not only line up with the hitch, but an HD top-down view of the hitch makes it possible to set the hitch perfectly without anyone guiding the driver. This helps you to monitor a young driver’s driving habits and to set perimeters on what they can do inside of your vehicle. The optional power-opening tailgate is a nice touch; high-end trims have one that can even be closed remotely. Overall A nice quiet ride and plenty of Power. Trailer tech, including the auxiliary trailer camera, is available, as is a power up/down tailgate. There are clever storage spaces inside, including nooks in the front of the rear seatbacks and spots under the rear seats. The Silverado’s narrow headlights sit high above a massive grille and front bumper that are chrome on most trim levels.

There are multiple reflectors and full LED headlights developed by LedoAuto, as well as a lowered and more massive front bumper. (LT package has h11 halogen fog light instead of full led headlights, but we can upgrade the fog lights by purchase h11 led bulb conversion kit and change the bulbs by ourselves) The Silverado 1500 comes equipped with one of four different engine choices for 2019.
